Welcome to Yeshua Catering Ministry ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the catering, private chef, and meal prep services we provide. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

2.1 Overview

We provide the following services:

  • Event catering (weddings, corporate events, private parties, small groups)
  • Private chef services (in-home cooking for intimate gatherings)
  • Meal prep services (weekly prepared meals for pickup or delivery)

2.2 Service Details

All services are customized based on client needs and confirmed in a written service agreement or contract.

2.3 Service Limitations

  • We do not provide alcohol service
  • We are not responsible for venue-related issues or third-party vendors
  • Services are subject to availability

3. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email or signed contract)
  • Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received
  • Event dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis

3.2 Minimum Requirements

Minimum guest counts or order minimums may apply depending on the service type.

3.3 Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline any booking request.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

4.1 Pricing

  • All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars
  • Prices are subject to change until a signed contract and deposit are received
  • Prices are based on information provided at time of booking
  • Final pricing may vary based on guest count, menu selections, and services requested

4.2 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your date or service.

4.3 Final Payment

  • Catering Events: Final payment is due 7 days before the event date
  • Private Chef Services: Final payment is due on the day of service before cooking begins
  • Meal Prep Services: Payment is due at time of order placement or upon pickup

4.4 Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, Venmo, Zelle, and other approved payment methods.

4.5 Late Payment

Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel services.

4.6 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Guest count increases within 72 hours of event
  • Last-minute service changes
  • Travel beyond 30 miles
  • Equipment damage or loss
  • Extended service hours
  • Rush orders (less than 14 days notice)

4.7 Taxes

All prices are subject to applicable sales tax and fees required by law.

5. GUEST COUNT AND MENU CHANGES

5.1 Final Guest Count

The final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours before the event. You will be charged for the confirmed guest count or actual guests served, whichever is greater.

5.2 Guest Count Increases

Increases after the deadline are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5.3 Menu Changes

  • More than 14 days before event: Usually accommodated at no charge
  • Within 14 days: May incur additional fees
  • Within 72 hours: Not guaranteed and subject to significant fees

5.4 Ingredient Substitutions

We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal or greater quality due to availability or supply issues.

6. MEAL PREP SERVICES

6.1 Ordering

Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday for the following week.

6.2 Pickup and Delivery

  • Pickup location and times will be confirmed with your order
  • Delivery is available within 20 miles for an additional fee
  • You are responsible for pickup at the scheduled time

6.3 Storage and Handling

  • Meals must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt
  • We are not responsible for food safety issues from improper storage
  • Refrigerated meals should be consumed within 3-5 days
  • Frozen meals should be consumed within 30 days

6.4 Reheating

Instructions are provided with each order. We are not responsible for improperly reheated meals.

6.5 Customization

Custom requests may be available with advance notice and may incur additional charges.

7. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES

7.1 Client Responsibility

You must inform us of allergies and dietary restrictions at least 7 days before service.

7.2 Accommodation

We will attempt reasonable accommodations but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for allergic reactions or dietary-related illness. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate allergy information
  • Informing guests of ingredients
  • Communicating allergen information

7.4 Cross-Contamination

Foods containing common allergens are prepared in our kitchen.

8. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Summary:

  • Cancellations must be in writing
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Refunds vary based on timing
  • Rescheduling may be available

9. VENUE AND ACCESS REQUIREMENTS

9.1 Catering Events

You must provide:

  • Venue access at least 2 hours before service
  • Adequate parking and loading access
  • Electricity, water, and workspace
  • Safe and suitable event space

9.2 Private Chef Services

You must provide:

  • Clean kitchen with working appliances
  • Adequate workspace
  • Sink and cookware access
  • Trash bags, soap, and paper towels
  • Parking access

9.3 Venue Condition

We reserve the right to refuse service if the venue or kitchen is unsafe or unsuitable.

9.4 Venue Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by power outages, broken appliances, or restricted access.

10. EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY

10.1 Our Property

All equipment remains our property. You are responsible for replacement cost if damaged or lost.

10.2 Equipment Return

Borrowed equipment must be returned within 24 hours unless otherwise arranged.

10.3 Your Property

We are not responsible for damage to your property or belongings.

11. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

11.1 Insurance

We maintain general liability insurance and required certifications.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Guest injuries or property damage
  • Food consumed after service
  • Illness caused by food handled after service
  • Weather or natural disasters
  • Venue problems
  • Third-party vendors
  • Loss or theft of personal property

11.3 Maximum Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

11.4 Event Insurance

Clients are encouraged to obtain event or homeowner's insurance.

12. FOOD SAFETY

12.1 Compliance

Food is prepared following health department standards.

12.2 After Service

Food safety becomes the client's responsibility after service ends.

12.3 Leftovers

We do not package leftovers unless arranged beforehand.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

13.1 Unforeseeable Events

Includes natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, severe weather, war, terrorism, and utility failures.

13.2 Resolution

We will attempt to reschedule or provide a partial refund minus incurred costs.

14. CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOR

14.1 Professional Conduct

Staff will act professionally. Respect is expected from clients and guests.

14.2 Right to Refuse Service

Service may be discontinued for unsafe or abusive conditions or contract violations.

14.3 Staff Safety

Clients must ensure safe work environments including pet control and supervised children.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

15.1 Website Content

All website content is protected by copyright.

15.2 Prohibited Use

Content cannot be copied or distributed without written permission.

15.3 Photography

We may photograph events for marketing unless notified in writing.

16. USE OF WEBSITE

16.1 Permitted Use

Website may be used to learn about services and submit inquiries.

16.2 Prohibited Use

Users may not:

  • Use the website unlawfully
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Introduce harmful code
  • Use bots or scrapers
  • Copy content without permission

16.3 Disclaimer

Website is provided "as is" without guarantees of accuracy or uninterrupted access.

We are not responsible for external sites.

17. PRIVACY

18. COMMUNICATION AND CHANGES

Clients must designate one primary contact person.

We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

19.3 Jurisdiction

Legal action must be filed in Orange County, Florida courts.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

21. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any service contract constitute the full agreement between parties.

22. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
