Meals are available for pickup at my licensed shared kitchen location in Central Florida. The exact address will be provided in your order confirmation.

Meals stay fresh for 3-5 days when stored properly in the refrigerator at 40°F or below. I recommend consuming refrigerated meals within this timeframe for best quality and safety.

Pickup is available on Sundays between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. You'll select your preferred time slot (1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, or 5:00 PM) when placing your order.

Yes! If you'd like to keep meals longer, you can freeze them. Frozen meals stay good for up to 3 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.

Orders are finalized after the Thursday 12:00 PM deadline. However, if you need to make changes, please contact me as soon as possible. I'm open to providing refunds or credits when possible.

Orders must be placed by Thursday at 12:00 PM (noon) for the following week's pickup. This gives me time to shop for fresh ingredients and prepare your meals with care.
